You'll have the opportunity to upgrade to full membership, which allows you to download all the goodies. A full membership account also allows you to have 50 sites in the back link network whose PageRank is 3 or less, and an unlimited number of sites whose PageRank is 4 or higher. Your site does not have to have PageRank to qualify. Backlink Network Site Requirements

In order to maintain a quality network, we don't accept all sites. There are some guidelines that you need to be aware of:

1. Only sites on their own domain are accepted (no subdomains).
2. No free-hosting sites or redirected sites are accepted.
3. Sites must be professional in quality and appearance, ready-to-go when submitted (no 'under construction' sites).
4. Only English family-friendly sites are accepted (no adult, warez, hate, etc.)
5. No sites related to link networks are accepted.
6. Sites must have at least 1 page indexed in Google and support PHP scripting.
7. We might deny any websites that we think might hurt the network security.
8. Your homepage links will be visiable to the human eye, with an ancor keyword and without any 'nofollow' tag.
